Directions and Flight Information

The Inn is about 225 miles southwest of Denver on the Western Slope of the Colorado Rockies. And just about halfway between Gunnison and Montrose. Commercial air service is available year round from either town. Rental cars are available from both airports.

Directions from Denver
Take I-70 west to CO-470 exit, exit number 260, towards Colorado Springs. Merge onto CO-470 E for 4.9 miles. Take the US-285 S exit towards Fairplay for 123 miles. Turn slight right onto US-50 for 61 miles to Gunnison. Continue to follow directions from Gunnison

Directions from Gunnison
Drive west on Highway 50 about 35 miles into Blue Creek Canyon (watch for the blue Inn sign) and turn left (south) onto Alpine Plateau Road. It’s just 5 ½ beautiful miles along the east fork of Little Blue Creek to the Inn.

Directions from Montrose
Drive east on Highway 50 about 30 miles into Blue Creek Canyon (watch for the blue Inn sign) and turn right (south) onto Alpine Plateau Road. It’s just 5 ½ beautiful miles along the east fork of Little Blue Creek to the Inn.
